Letter content, names, addresses, signatures and uploaded institution logos are processed in your browser and are not sent to Livinnza.

Local processing

The generator is a static website. Creating the preview, PDF and DOCX happens in browser memory. There is no letter upload endpoint, account system, cloud document store, paid API or AI writing service.

Local drafts and letterhead

If you choose Save Draft or Save letterhead, the information is placed in your browser’s local storage on that device. Anyone with access to the same browser profile may be able to view it. You can delete drafts in the generator or clear the site’s browser data.

Downloads and JSON backups

Downloaded PDF, DOCX and JSON files are saved wherever your browser or device directs them. You decide where those files are stored and shared.

Network requests

The production site downloads application files from the Livinnza domain. It does not transmit the institution name, student or employee names, addresses, letter bodies, signatures or logos entered into the generator.

Security limitation

Local processing reduces unnecessary data transfer but cannot guarantee absolute security. Use a trusted, updated device and review sensitive documents before sharing them.
